6. End-User Responsibility
- Users are responsible for verifying the qualifications, licenses, insurance, and suitability of any service professional before hiring.
- EOD does not guarantee the performance, quality of services provided, legality, or safety of services provided by professionals listed on the Platform.
- Reviews, ratings, and badges do not constitute endorsements or recommendations.
7. California Residents
- Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to limit rights or remedies available under California law, including implied warranties and consumer protection rights that cannot be waived.
- California residents may also have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) regarding personal information collected during subscription or platform use.
8. User-Submitted Content
